The Great Bay Express company has a ferry route running between St. Maarten and St. Barts: the Philipsburg to Gustavia –and vice-versa– ferry. It operates weekly and has an average price of $70USD, although it may vary.
It departs from the port of Philipsburg and in around 45 minutes arrives to the port of Gustavia, the capital of the island. Current regulations for boarding include a passport and COVID Vaccination Cards, as well as arriving at least 45 minutes prior to your departure time.
The Voyager is another great option to get to St. Barts by ferry. It departs from Marigot and in around an hour is arriving to the island. It has three different classes you can choose from –Eco Flex, Smart Wifi and Business Class– according to however you want to spend the short trip.
This ship also requires full vaccination proof or a negative antigen test of no more than 48 hours old, or a negative PCR test of no more than 72 hours old.
