Since its first edition in 2013, the St. Barts Gourmet Festival has been a celebration of French cuisine and the art de vivre. The festival brings the best of our culinary traditions to the Caribbean, seamlessly blending refinement with the island’s relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Whether it’s a carefully crafted amuse-bouche or the sweetest of desserts, each dish tells a story of craftsmanship and a deep love for the culinary arts.
Over the years, the festival has earned its place among the world’s premier gourmet events, drawing food enthusiasts, international travelers, and locals alike. Guests are invited to experience the essence of French cuisine through a tropical lens, where the flavors of the sea, fresh local ingredients, and the island’s vibrant culture come together to create something truly special.
Of course, the St. Barts Gourmet Festival is also a celebration of connection — between chefs, diners, and the island itself. The festive ambiance, complete with live music and vibrant social gatherings, creates an atmosphere where the love of food and the joy of community come together.
This year’s festival will feature an impressive array of eight renowned chefs, each bringing their own signature flair to St. Barts. Among these celebrated talents is three-Michelin-starred Chef Christophe Bacquié, whose expertise, honed at Le San Felice - Hôtel & Spa du Castellet, will undoubtedly elevate the festival’s offerings with his refined and inventive approach to French cuisine.
Also joining the lineup is Florian Favario of L'Auberge de Montmin, known for his bold interpretations of classic dishes, and Pastry Chef Claire Heitzler, a master of sweets whose delicate confections will charm even the most discerning of palates. Each chef will host exclusive dinners at select venues across the island, giving guests the chance to enjoy a multi-course meal showcasing curated and well-rounded individual culinary philosophies.

At Le Barth Villa Rental, we take great pride in our sister property, Le Barthélemy, having a role as one of the festival’s participating venues. This year, Executive Chef Jérémy Czaplicki will join forces with Chef Christophe Bacquié to craft an unforgettable dining experience. Together, they will create a multi-course menu that highlights the bold flavors of the Caribbean, combined with the elegance of French culinary techniques.
Guests staying at Le Barth Villa Rental during the festival can also look forward to indulging in the exclusive "Four-Hands" Guest Chef Dinner Series at our brand restaurant Abyss, which will continue throughout the season. The series will bring celebrated chefs from across the globe to collaborate with Chef Czaplicki, offering guests a rotating menu of extraordinary dishes that reflect each chef’s unique style and expertise.
