"This is the second time that my husband, Blake, and I have stayed at Villa Acamar. The first time was for our honeymoon, and the second time, we brought the kids for our family vacation. It is absolutely beautiful! The architectural design of the villa is remarkable. Alexis was professional, kind, and extremely helpful both as we planned for our trip, and also when we arrived. Blake and I were appreciative of his recommendations, knowledge, and top-notch customer service. This is a level of professionalism that I am certain that he displays to everyone; we truly appreciated it, and it should not go without notice. Concerning the daily breakfast, we all loved it! Everyone in the house looked forward to waking up to the picnic basket daily. We visited the hotel, Le Barthélemy Hotel & Spa, and swam with the sea turtles one day. It was amazing! Concerning the daily breakfast we loved the deliveries At Le Barthélemy Spa staff were very accommodating, friendly, and professional. The did not miss a beat even when we were 20 min late for our reservation due to road closures. We had a fantadtic stay!"

He responded to all emails promptly and answered all of our questions prior to our visit. He gave amazing suggestions and planned us the most amazing activities and reservations. He checked in daily on WhatsApp to make sure our days were going well and see what he could do to help us and he was available 24/7. He accommodated all of our changes and was so friendly and helpful! He made sure our arrival/departure transfers were seamless and made sure we were all set up for both. His restaurant recommendations were great and he always called each morning to ensure our daily reservations were set up. He is the best concierge we have ever had and we will be recommending him to all of our friends that visit! Breakfast always arrived early & fresh. Concerning Le Barthélemy, we thought the hotel and spa were lovely! They were very accommodating and we enjoyed our time there. The spa and spa services were amazing! We will definitely be coming back and booking through Le Barth villas again. You get access to the most amazing villas, concierges and Le Barth hotels! It exceeded our expectations." ...Read less.
